Such a thoughtful record tackling such a daunting subject about getting older and [feeling] out of touch. Hugely emotional and expertly composed orchestration. A band who've been perfecting their craft for almost 30 years, I think this is their best work. My only 10/10 of the year so far. It's white boy music, sure, but [I think] everyone will connect to it.

Delightful debut album from an indie artist I've been listening to for the better part of three years now, really glad she was able to put together such a cohesive showcase of her potential on this project. Despite some shaky collaborations on this one it's easily in the upper echelon of stuff I've heard this year, solid work of alternative r&b and bedroom pop.

Earnest, well-written lyrics, good vocals, extremely cohesive, no filler, amazing versatile production, and some of the best EDM drops you'll hear all year. The album is just firing on all cylinders at every second and I love it. I've definitely listened to it at least a dozen times this year.

It’s a striking comeback after a decade of studio silence, and their best in two. After devastating circumstances caused an immense change in their lineup, their newest member, fellow sludge metal icon Aaron Turner, adds another layer of emotional heft to their already crushing sound. Writing and performance-wise, they haven’t sounded this powerful and invigorating since the late 90s.

Leroy is [Jane Remover's side project], who's been dropping consistently throughout this past decade on multiple aliases. This album is in the genre of "Dariacore", which takes samples from a multitude of places: hit songs with billions of streams, songs with barely 1,000 views, random samples of internet memes, basically anything in existence can be sampled in Dariacore. [A breakdown of all the samples totaled] 219, with each song having about 14 samples, so if there's any reason to listen to this album, it's to see how well Jane weaves together so many samples to make her own original music.
